The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in the digitization of supply chain operations to enhance data analytics capabilities. This position will focus on leveraging digital tools and systems to improve supply chain efficiency, visibility, predictability and support data-driven decision-making. A key aspect of this role will involve automating manual processes to drive efficiency and enhance digital transformation across the supply chain.

• Identify and implement digital tools/processes to enhance supply chain operations and reduce manual processes.
• Lead the automation of supply chain workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology-driven solutions for supply chain management.
• Support the integration of AI and other automation technologies into supply chain processes.
• Ensure seamless data exchange across digital supply chain platforms for enhanced operational visibility.
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of digitized supply chain processes.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and recommend enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
• Train and support teams in using digital tools and automated processes effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
•  5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, automation or transformation roles
• Expertise in supply chain digital transformation, process automation and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of process automation and digital supply chain technologies and solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a focus on efficiency improvement.
• Proficiency in automation tools, ERP systems, and supply chain management software.
