As a Critical Manufacturing MES Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) at our company. You will work closely with both IT and manufacturing teams to ensure that MES solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company standards and IT strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing needs and convert them into functional and technical requirements for MES solutions.
• Design and map manufacturing processes into the MES application.
• Design, configure, and implement MES applications and interfaces with other enterprise systems.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing MES systems to improve functionality and user experience.
• Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals and documentation for MES solutions.
• Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.
• Monitor MES system performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies reported by users.
• Create configurations and customizations specific for given stakeholders.
• Perform demonstrations of the solution tailored to the stakeholder specific requirements.
• Coordinate custom developments which might be required to fulfill specific manufacturing environments.
• Oversee implementation, deployment and user training activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6+ years of MES experience in Manufacturing (Medical Device Industry preferred)
• Experience in deploying software projects to manufacturing.
• Experience in Critical Manufacturing MES software.
• Must be able to travel to the US
• Proven experience with MES systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and information technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Critical Manufacturing MES software.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a plus.
