Responsabilidades

Job Summary

The Operations Program Manager provides critical cross-functional leadership and execution within a regulated medical device environment. This role is designed for a highly adaptable professional capable of navigating and influencing diverse operational areas, including engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, and supply chain. While direct ownership is focused on manufacturing and supply chain activities, the position plays a pivotal role in driving collaboration, aligning priorities, and ensuring tactical execution across teams. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, operational insight, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from concept to completion.  The Program Manager will be a catalyst for transformation—championing modernization and driving change to elevate operational capabilities and outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational strategy and execution initiatives for manufacturing and supply chain functions to support key programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align operational activities with quality, regulatory, and engineering requirements.
  • Drive transformation initiatives aimed at modernizing operational systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, compliance, and digital maturity in operations and supply chain.
  • Lead or support project management activities, including timelines, resource planning, milestone tracking and tactical execution when applicable.
  • Support continuous improvement and change management efforts that advance operational excellence, digital transformation, and organizational agility.

Calificaciones

Required Qualifications

Requires a minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or 6+ years and a Master's degree; Or a PhD with 3+ years experience; or equivalent experience.Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Legal)
