Responsabilidades

The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead will play a critical leadership role in advancing the digitization of supply chain operations to strengthen data analytics capabilities. This position will focus on leveraging digital tools and systems to drive efficiency, visibility, and predictability across the supply chain while supporting strategic, data-driven decision-making. The Lead will independently lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional digital initiatives with minimal oversight, influencing key stakeholders without direct reporting authority.  This position combines strategic leadership in supply chain modernization with deep technical expertise in data engineering.  A strong emphasis is placed on operational ownership, innovation, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, lead, and deliver major digital transformation initiatives that enhance supply chain operations and reduce manual processes.
  • Design and implement scalable data models and architecture, leveraging Oracle Cloud technologies (OAC, ADW, GoldenGate) to enable predictive analytics and data automation.
  • Optimize and orchestrate data pipelines using SQL, scripting, and data wrangling techniques to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Drive end-to-end automation of supply chain workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Serve as the primary owner and champion for supply chain digitization projects, providing leadership across functional teams without direct people management.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional and senior level stakeholders to deploy technology-driven solutions and foster digital adoption.
  • Support and guide the integration of AI/ML and emerging automation technologies into core supply chain processes.
  • Maintain and improve digital supply chain platforms, ensuring seamless, accurate, and reliable data exchange across systems.
  • Monitor system and project performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and deliver recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as a digital transformation subject matter expert and mentor, guiding teams through technology adoption, training, and process optimization initiatives.

Calificaciones

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, digital automation, or transformation roles, with demonstrated project leadership.
